Eligibility
To be eligible to make claims under the Service Loaner Program, each Dealer is required to participate, following the parameters outlined: Minimum 3 Service Loaner vehicles. Maximum (Shared pool of combined Service Loaner KOS-4 & Demonstrator KOS-3) 10 vehicles PLUS 1.5 times of number of service bays. Service Loaner vehicles must be registered and plated within the province of use and put into use within 10 business days of the vehicle being reported as KOS-4. Service Loaners are for use by customers only. They may not double as employee Demonstrators, body shop loaners, or customer pay for rental vehicles.
Qualification
Be placed into active Service Loaner status during the program period, as set forth above. Be reported in the Volkswagen Inventory Management (OMD WEB) system as Kind of Sale 4 at the time the vehicle is placed in service as a Service Loaner. Vehicles must remain in service for a minimum of 120-days, for MY24 ID.4, it must remain in service for a minimum of 90-days.

Eligibility
Returning loyal Volkswagen customers with an active vehicle in possession - registered to the Primary Driver / Owner within the last 90 days. Loyalty eligibility is transferrable between Family Members residing at the same address as the Primary Driver / Registered Owner, by providing supporting government issued documentation proving matching household. Loyalty VIN can be used more than once provided that the customer provides proof of current active ownership including the VIN. Company and any Company authorized Signing Officer and vice-versa, provided the Driver remains the same Company and the Household of an Authorized Signing Officer.
Qualification
o Valid vehicle registration issued from a Canadian Provincial Ministry of Transportation, accompanied with both sides of the Ownership, clearly identifying that the vehicle is plated in Canada for the current year, or; o Proof of Current Insurance, or; o NEW: For a current Volkswagen Finance customer in a Lease or Finance contract, obtain (if available) a Volkswagen Finance Payout via the Dealer Extranet. In Extranet, go to Payout and enter the VIN (Volkswagen Finance Payout must be within 6-months for New Vehicle Sale Date), or; o Proof of Loss (within 90-days).
