Eligibility
Be a named user of a GM Card. A Primary GM Card member may transfer all or part of their Earnings to any supplementary Card member on the GM Card Account or to the following immediate family members residing at the same address: parents, grandparents, spouse, siblings, grandchildren and children (step or in-laws). The supplementary Card member or immediate family member must not have at the time of transfer, a GM Card earnings account. Only a GM Business Card member can combine GM Earnings with a personal GM card where they are the named Primary GM Card Member. A GM Business Card member who is eligible to combine earnings cannot transfer combined earnings to an eligible family member. Earnings must not be brokered, bartered or sold.
Qualification
Eligible vehicles may be titled to an individual or, if the individual desires, in a company name provided ALL program guidelines are adhered to. When titling/registering a vehicle in a company name, the following additional criteria must be met. Individual must be the primary GM Card Member. Proof of relationship must be presented to the dealer e.g. business incorporation papers, license for operation or proof of business ownership.

Eligible Individuals: Executives are eligible to share their GM Employee vehicle discount with select individuals who are not normally eligible for the discount. These executives have been notified directly by GM Canada of their eligibility. Customers who have been sponsored can co-title the vehicle with their spouse. Ineligible Individuals: Government Officials and Employees - Government Officials and Employees includes anyone who is employed by a local, state, province, regional or national agency, office, council, legislative body, court or other unit of government, including all elected and appointed officials and all civil servants, law enforcement officers, and all members of any royal family. It also applies to all employees of state-owned enterprises. No GM Business unit, or anyone acting at GM's direction, may offer or provide Government Officials and Employees and preferential treatment, such as: -Discounts offered under a VIP program directed at Government Officials or Employees -Discounts offered under a broader VIP program which is open of Government Officials and Employees -Discounts offered under an employee referral, executive referral or similar program; -Discounts offered to a particular group(s) of government employees, such as civil servants, Members of Parliament, police officers or any other group: -Discounts to individuals made in connection with fleet sales; -Discounts to government agencies where the vehicle is designated for primary use by a particular Government Official or Employees; Preferential or accelerated access to or delivery of vehicles; -Any price that is below the market price available to the general public, even if that price is at or above MSRP -Other preferential terms for acquiring vehicles; or -Loan or test drive programs permitting Government Officials or Employees to drive GM vehicles for personal use. This list is not meant to be comprehensive but to illustrate that any type of benefit to a Government Official is prohibited. Please note that references to vehicles include both new and used.

Eligibility
Eligible active Preferred Pricing Program company employees include all executives, management and non-management, all salaried and hourly personnel. Employees of franchises. Following the new eligibility of franchise employee in the Preferred Pricing Program, GM Canada will allow proof of employment for these eligible employees to come from the franchisee on company letterhead with corporate logo and/or branding and does not have to come from the franchisor. Spouses of eligible Preferred Pricing Program company employees and franchise employees are also eligible (appropriate documentation must be retained in the file).
