Eligibility
Be a named user of a GM Card. A Primary GM Card member may transfer all or part of their Earnings to any supplementary Card member on the GM Card Account or to the following immediate family members residing at the same address: parents, grandparents, spouse, siblings, grandchildren and children (step or in-laws). The supplementary Card member or immediate family member must not have at the time of transfer, a GM Card earnings account. Only a GM Business Card member can combine GM Earnings with a personal GM card where they are the named Primary GM Card Member. A GM Business Card member who is eligible to combine earnings cannot transfer combined earnings to an eligible family member. Earnings must not be brokered, bartered or sold.
Qualification
Eligible vehicles may be titled to an individual or, if the individual desires, in a company name provided ALL program guidelines are adhered to. When titling/registering a vehicle in a company name, the following additional criteria must be met. Individual must be the primary GM Card Member. Proof of relationship must be presented to the dealer e.g. business incorporation papers, license for operation or proof of business ownership.
